The E-PROPS propellers are designed and produced in France (see company).

They are sold in the whole world, in 65 countries today, either diretly, or via our distributors or dealers network.

1 - TO ORDER AN E-PROPS PROPELLER

 

To order direclty from Hélices E-PROPS, two solutions :

- by email : helices@e-props.fr

- by the E-SHOP : www.shop.e-props.fr

 

Considering the technical data to be validated for the order of a propeller, orders have to be validated by email.

 

 

 

2 - PAYMENT

 

To simplify administrative processing, and to reduce the costs for our customers, the E-PROPS propellers and/or the engineering works are cash with order by wire transfer or credit card :

When payment is done, a payment ticket is sent to you by our bank (CREDIT AGRICOLE ALPES PROVENCE) by email.

3 - DELIVERY TIMES

 

The order is taken into account in production the day when the payment is received.

 

The delivery times are variable.

The blades and the hubs of the E-PROPS propellers are manufactured in series : one day some models, other models an other day... There are many selection criteria for the production.

The delivery times given by the commercial team are indicative.

=> Be sure we are doing our best to reduce the delivery times of the propellers.

 

Today (2018-01-16), the E-PROPS production capacity is : 22500 blades / year

The objectives of the team is to increase this production capacity to 30.000 blades/year during 2018.

This will increase the stocks and reduce the delivery times.

It is a lot of work to reach this objective...

4 - SHIPMENTS

 

Most of E-Props propellers are shipped by Post or by express carrier, from our workshop in France.

It is recommanded to be very precise in the delivery address, especially for the shipments in foreign countries.

 

The parcels are carefully made, with special foam to avoid shocks consequences, and in cardboard box.

 

At this date (2018-01-16), from 2008, on thousands of propellers' parcels shipped in 65 countries, none was damaged or lost...

 

If a parcel seems to be damaged, please notified it in writing to the carrier. Take your time to open the package in the presence of the carrier agent or of the postman.

 

 

Shipments in France :

The propellers' parcels are shipped by Post : COLISSIMO with signature and insurance.

The delivery is done within about 48h, more in summer and during holidays periods.

Delivery is done by the postman.

An email with the parcel tracking number is sent to the recipient by the COLISSIMO system.

Be carefull : this email is often spammed.

 

 

Export shipments :

The propellers' parcels are shipped by express carrier as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT... with signature and insurance.

HELICES E-PROPS is making the choice of the carrier.

Delivery is depending on the country.

The customs documents are issued by the carrier agent.

An email with the parcel tracking number is sent to the recipient by the carrieer system.

Be carefull : this email is often spammed.

 

Pick-up of the parcel by the customer is possible. In this case, the customer must organize the pick-up and send the documents and stickers to HELICES E-PROPS. HELICES E-PROPS does not take over the administrative tasks relative to the collect of he parcel by the customer's carrier.
